Specifications

Body Shell : Made of light aluminium alloy, this is light weight, but extremely hard. The cooling lines are specially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation. at the rate upto 40% continuously. It is oven baked Paint.The integral enclosed structure is most suitable for places like chemical & Electro Plating Plants.

Side Magnetic Breaking Device : The magnetic force generator, is the latest design, which is used for generating magnetic force. It allows instant braking, as soon as the power is sut-off. Thus total brake safely is guranted. Whilr loading & unoading

is carried out.

Limit Switches : The limit switches is installed, so as to prevent the chains from exceeding their limit.


Chain : The chain used, is manufactured from aluminium alloy, & is heat trated. It can be safely used in poor envirnments.

 

Hooks : Forged from alloy steel, with perfect strength, that is hard to break. The operational safety, of the lower hook, is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety use, during rains.

 

Sprocket Wheel : Alloy steel, Hardened and tempered.

 

Transformer : 24V/36v Transformer Device, is used to prevent, unexpected accidents, caused by electrical leakage. This guarantees, Safe use, during rains.

 

Sprocket Wheel : Alloy steel, Hardened and tempered.

 

Electromagnetic Contractors : These contractors, can be used safety, under high high frequency.

 

Inverse Phase Sequuence : Protecting Device : This is a special electrical installation. It controls the circuit, and prevents, its operation, in case of a wiring error, in the power supply.

 

Push Button : Water Proof Push Button Device, is attached to the hoist. It is light & durable.
